After a year in stealth mode, Ascendify is soft-launching its social recruiting platform in the Demo Pit at The Startup Village in downtown Mountain View. Over 1,500 investors, journalists, and entrepreneurs roaming the isles of the outdoor village will have a unique opportunity to preview the application in advance of our official June launch.
The Ascendify Social Recruiting Platform is a cloud-based application that builds private branded talent communities for enterprise organizations. It’s the only social recruiting solution with defined roles for job seekers, hiring managers, recruiters, employers, and everyone else that can help people connect. The technology leverages members’ connections at Facebook and LinkedIn and other social networks to give candidates a more effective way to network their way to their next job, and gives employers a better way to recruit talent. Ascendify makes it easier and faster to connect hiring managers with job seekers by leveraging social connections, while improving the candidate’s experience along the way.
Founder & CEO, Matt Hendrickson says, “We’re excited to soft-launch at a high-energy, creative venue like The Startup Village. It’s a great environment for us to preview some of our innovative social recruiting technology here in Silicon Valley before our national launch next month.”
Ascendify’s official launch is slated for June 2012 with full unveiling at the Annual SHRM Conference June 24-27 in Atlanta.
