Matt brings 25-years of enterprise product leadership within the human capital industry to Ascendify. He started his career as the founder of ResumeMaker Workforce Solutions, a market-leading cloud platform that earned several patents and numerous HR awards for reimagining the candidate’s experience.

Lauren founded Ascendify with a passion for making clients successful and a devotion to building an amazing company culture. As VP Client Services, Lauren brings 10-years of experience in client services, project management and business operations. Prior to Ascendify, Lauren served on the agency-side at DDB and others where she managed large-scale projects for Johnson & Johnson, Dell, Comcast and MetroPCS.

Jason joined the founding team at Ascendify in 2012. Jason draws on 15-years of technology leadership to oversee all of Ascendify's product development, architecture and infrastructure. Prior to Ascendify, Jason was the lead developer at several companies in the solar industry including Sungevity, another GE Ventures portfolio company, where he built the core SaaS architecture from the ground up.

Randy is a serial entrepreneur and proven executive leader with a track record of pioneering disruptive technologies to emerging and established markets, within companies ranging from ground floor entrepreneurial startups to large multicultural publicly traded organizations. He has founded 5 technology companies in Silicon Valley, raised $45 million in financing, and led companies to successful exit multiple times.
