Employees are expecting more help getting where they want to go in their careers, and are demanding more transparency from their employers in the course of getting there. And employers are therefore now aggressively looking to engage their employees and retain top talent.
We've been studying this fluid internal mobility landscape for a while now, and decided to conduct a survey of employees to see just what they had to say about it. Ascendify surveyed employees of US-based large enterprises (1,000 or more employees) during Spring 2018, and would like to share some of the key findings for you in this new report.
